Enrolment is limited. (Places will be given on a first-come-first served basis.)

• Enrolment will be closed as soon as available vacancies are sold out. From that moment on applicants will only be able to sign up for the waiting list.
• If there are any vacancies left, enrolment will be only in person up and until 26 June at 11:59PM.
• Should any problem or incident with the enrolment arise, please contact us at Departament de Cursos Especials.

Compulsory documentation for the registration

Applicants must attach a scanned copy of their ID or passport (scanned as a PDF or image max size 2MB every document) when processing the enrolment.

Payment

• Payment must be made during registration by  means of a credit or debit card.
• The registration fees will not be refunded under any circumstances if a student does not attend the course or fails to finish it.

Level test

• First, enrolment will be formalised, then, the language learning background form will be filled out, and finally, the level test will be completed. 
• The language learning background form is mandatory for all summer course enrolled students, even if they are complete beginners.
• The level test is mandatory for all summer course enrolled students, except for complete beginners, official students of the same academic course, or if the student possesses an equivalent level recognized in this table. In these last two cases, the student will need to show proof of their level (certificate).
• Enrollment will be cancelled to all people who:

                 – Don’t fill out the language learning background form.
                 – Must do the level test and do not complete it. 

Course participants will receive an email with a link to the language learning background form and the level test.

Students who must complete the level test:

In order to determine the level of those enrolled in a summer course, you must:

• Fill out the language background form after formalising the enrollment
• At the end of the language learning background form you will find a link to access the level test. You will have to copy and paste it, and open it in a new tab to complete it after having completed and sent the language(s) history form. 

Assessment and qualification

In order to conduct the course assessment, the following criteria will be observed: 

• Class attendance
• Active participation in proposed activities during the lessons
• The completion of at least 80% of tasks 

Summer courses allow students the right to hold a “completion certificate” (for those students who have passed the course), or an “attendance certificate” (for those students who have completed the requisite of attendance, but have not reached the goals of the course). It is essential that students have attended 80% of the course to obtain either certificate. 

The obtained certificate does not equate a certificate obtained in a regular, academic year course. Therefore, there is no official validation, and it does not guarantee access to the following level, or a place in a similar course. 

Additional Information

• The school reserves the right to cancel a course if there are not enough students signed up to reach the established minimum. 
• Should a student turn down their enrollment before starting a course, if the reason for it is justified, the student will be reimbursed for the amount of enrollment, once the administrative fee has been deducted (55,00 €). If the administrative fee has not been paid, the student will be reimbursed for the paid amount, minus 15% for administrative purposes. There will be no reimbursements once the course has started. 
• Should a course need to be cancelled, the students will be reimbursed the amount they paid for enrollment. 
• This course is pending confirmation.
• In case of absence, if the student does not attend a minimum of 65% of the lessons, they will be penalised and will not be able to enrol for free to any special courses, for a period of two years.
