Course Repetition
Within each level—basic, intermediate, and advanced—students have the right to remain enrolled in the official teaching regime, in-person modality, for a maximum number of academic years equivalent to twice the number of courses that comprise the level for the respective language.
Students may enrol in each course a maximum of twice. For flexible courses, the maximum number is twice per block.
Additional Call (Third Attempt)
In exceptional cases and with documented justification, the school management may authorise an additional call per level (basic, intermediate B1 and B2, C1, and C2) provided it does not result in taking the same course for a fourth time.
For flexible courses, only two additional calls per level can be granted.
*According to instructions received on July 3, 2020, from the Directorate General of Initial Vocational Training and Special Regime Teachings, to mitigate the effects of COVID-19, the following exceptional measures will be taken, affecting the enrollment of those who have not passed the evaluation to advance to the next course (non-passed and no-show) during the 2019-2020 academic year, for both annual and second-semester flexible courses:
- The exhausted call will not be counted towards the duration of studies.
- Neither fees nor public prices for enrollment will be penalised.
Procedure
- Online, by filling out the form and attaching a copy of the documentation.
- You can find the form here.
- The resolution of the application and notification of the enrollment day will be communicated by email.
