It is in charge of the administrative processes of the official courses (pre-registration, registration, procedures: issuance of degrees, certificates, etc.). The attention to the public is provided as follows:

On the phone 933 249 330:
- Mornings: from September to July, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Afternoons: from October to May, Tuesday and Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
In person at the center's secretariat:
- Mornings: from September to July, Monday to Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- Afternoons: from October to May, Tuesday and Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

- Telephone (933 249 330): Tuesday, from 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m., and Thursday, from 4.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.
- Face-to-face : Tuesday, from 10.00 to 12.00 h, and Thursday, from 17.00 to 19.00 h.
