Change of schedule
Schedule changes will only be accepted in special and justified cases, depending on the availability of vacant places.
Important: Please note that a change in schedule or group may also mean a change in book. Please refer to the “Books and Readings” page for the corresponding language.

Procedure
- Presentation of documentation:
- Online, by filling out the form and attaching the documentation in electronic format. You can find the form here .

- Once accepted, the request is included in a waiting list.
- During the waiting period, you will have the possibility to cancel or modify this request by contacting the secretariat. However, if you do not do so, once the vacancy occurs, the change will be irrevocable and non-waivable.
- You will receive an email with the new schedule so you can join class.
Terms
For extensive courses: from the first day of class to the last school day in April.
For intensive courses in the first semester: from the first day of class to the last school day in November.
For intensive courses in the second semester: from the first day of class to the last school day in April.
In the event of a change in modality (from intensive to extensive or vice versa), it will be assessed individually.
