Course repetitions
Within each level (basic, intermediate and advanced), students have the right to be enrolled in the official education system, face-to-face mode, for a maximum of academic years equivalent to twice the number of years that the level consists of for the corresponding language .
Students may register for each course a maximum of two times. In the case of flexible courses, the maximum number is two times per block.
Additional call (tripitition)
In exceptional and documentary-justified cases, the school management may authorize an additional call per level (basic, intermediate B1 and B2, C1 and C2) as long as it does not represent taking the same course for the fourth time .
For flexible courses, only two additional calls per level may be granted.
*According to instructions received on July 3, 2020 from the General Directorate of Initial Professional Training and Special Regime Education, in order to alleviate the effects of covid-19, exceptionally, the following measures will be taken that affect the enrollment of people who have not passed the evaluation to promote to a course (not suitable and not presented) during the 2019-2020 academic year, both for annual courses and for four-monthly and flexible courses for the second semester :
- The exhausted call will not be counted for the purposes of permanence in the studies.
- Neither fees nor public prices for registration will be penalized.
