Refund of fees
Reasons that justify it
You can request a refund of public taxes and prices in the following terms and/or circumstances:
- By renouncing the course within the legally established deadlines, which for the 2025-2026 academic year are:
– No later than October 10, 2025 for annual and intensive courses of the first semester.
– Or no later than February 10, 2026 for the intensive courses of the second semester.
- For extraordinary reasons not attributable to the student and duly justified, you can request a refund after the aforementioned dates (changes in working hours, or changes in place of residence or similar will not be considered force majeure).
Application routes
- Preferably electronically at https://web.gencat.cat/ca/tramits/tramits-temes/devolucio-ingressos-indeguts .
- For assisted online processing, you can go in person to the Central Services and Territorial Services Registration Offices of the Department of Education.
- In person , at the school office.
Documentation
- Completed and signed application
- Copy of the registration receipt
- Copy of payment receipt
- Copy of the document proving the bonus and/or exemption, if applicable
The deadline for resolving the procedure does not depend on the EOI, but on the Budget Management Service of the Department of Education, which is the one who communicates the resolution directly to the students.
