From another EOI to the EOIBD

Transfer while enrolled in the current academic year (active enrollment)

Submission of the application:
- Online, by filling out the form and attaching a copy of your DNI, NIE or passport as documentation, as well as a copy of your registration and two payment receipts.

Applications are processed in the order they are received and as vacancies arise.
When a vacancy occurs, the applicant is asked to confirm acceptance of the position by email. If no response is received within a week, the position is offered to the next person on the waiting list.
Transfers of active registration within Catalonia will not give rise to the payment of fees or public prices, but those arriving from an EOI in another autonomous community will have to pay the full amount. fee for academic services (Law 20/2001, of December 28, on public fees and prices of the Generalitat de Catalunya). They must also attach the certificate of their academic record issued during the current month.

From the first day of class until:

Extensive courses: April 30, 2026.
Intensive or flexible courses for the first semester: November 28, 2025.
Intensive or flexible courses in the second semester: March 31, 2026.
In the event of a change in modality (from intensive to extensive or vice versa), it will be assessed individually.

(If the applicant has not received a response one week after the deadlines, it is understood that their incorporation is not possible.)

Please note: no request for transfer of active enrollment will be accepted during the regular enrollment period.

Within Catalonia: the EOIBD requests it ex officio at the request of the interested person.
Outside Catalonia: the interested person requests it directly from the school of origin.
