Test adaptations

The Department of Education decides on the adaptations that need to be made to those candidates who, due to specific difficulties documented, require special conditions to carry out the certificate tests. The EOIBD decides on the adaptations that need to be made to the final tests of courses without a certificate.

Procedure

  • Requests for adaptation of the final tests must be submitted in writing ( stating the reasons given and the specific adaptation request ) to the Management concierge (first floor) .

  • The request must be accompanied by documentary justification of the incident. Any request that does not provide documentary justification will not be accepted.

  • The resolution of the request will be communicated in writing .


Terms

  • For all candidates, both free and official, the supporting documentation must be submitted no later than March 27, 2026.

     

  • The deadline for candidates for second-semester courses (February to June) is March 27, 2026.

Applications will not be accepted outside the established deadline.

Other situations

Official or free candidates who, due to duly justified force majeure, cannot appear on the day of the official call may request a new special call.

The date of the special call is determined by the instructions of the Department of Education and cannot be changed (for official certificates B1, B2, C1 and C2).

Before reporting an incident to your department, you must take into account the following information:

  • The EOIBD publishes the dates of the official tests months in advance, and all candidates are duly informed.


  • All employees are entitled to a leave of absence to attend an official examination. The EOIBD will issue a certificate of examination call and examination attendance to candidates who request it.


  • Only exceptional calls will be authorized due to incompatibility with other work or study activities that are mandatory, or that cannot be scheduled on other dates.


  • In the event that the special call is authorized, supporting documentation may be required subsequent to the fact that motivates the request.

Procedure

  • Interested parties must submit a written request, accompanied by documentation supporting the circumstances alleged. If the request is accepted, the date and time of the new call will be communicated in writing.


  • Requests must be submitted in writing ( stating the reasons given) to the head of the department of the language in question .


  • They must accompany the request with documentary justification of the incident. Any request that does not provide documentary justification will not be accepted.
