The document lending service allows you to take together: 2 books , 2 DVDs , 2 music CDs , 1 CD-ROM and 2 magazines.

• You must present your CRAL Library user card to use it. This card is personal and non-transferable.
• The loan period varies depending on the type of material:
  • Audiovisual material (DVD and CD): 1 week (extendable once).
  • Documents in general (novels, grammar books, comics, etc.): 2 weeks (extendable twice, except in the case of required reading books, which are not extended).
  • Reference works (dictionaries, atlases and some frequently consulted books), current issue of periodicals and compulsory methods during the current academic year: excluded from loan .
• In the case of books considered reference (frequently used and marked with a blue label), only one in the same language and with the same classification may be removed.
• The loan of documents may be renewed , provided they have not been reserved by another user, during the last two days of their loan period at the library counter or through the online catalog user account.
• Each user may have two active reservations, which must be collected during the two days following the notification (which will be received by email) of the availability of the document in the library. Each document may only be reserved by two users simultaneously, and this must be done through the online catalog .
• Delays in returning documents will be sanctioned by excluding the user from the loan service for as many days as the number of days of delay has accumulated for each document.
• In the event of damage or loss of the materials borrowed, the user will be obliged to purchase a new copy (except in the case of theft if the user files the corresponding complaint). In the event of failure to return any document, renewal of the card for the following academic year will be denied.
• Current regulations regarding intellectual property of loaned documents must be respected.
