Erasmus+

Our school has been participating in the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union for education, training, youth and sport since 2015, which promotes mobility, cooperation and the improvement of educational quality in Europe. Thanks to the Erasmus accreditation 2020-1-ES01-KA120-ADU-000095521 , our centre develops KA121 mobility projects.   aimed at teachers, adult students and administrative and service staff , aligned with European priorities in adult education.

Objectives of the Erasmus+ program in adult education

The Erasmus+ program promotes the educational, personal and professional development of adults through lifelong learning, with these objectives:

  • Encourage the participation of adults in training activities.
  • Develop key skills (linguistic, digital, social and intercultural).
  • Promote inclusion, equity and equal opportunities.
  • Strengthen the European dimension, active citizenship and democratic values.
  • Improve quality, innovation and cooperation between adult education institutions.

Objectives of the Erasmus Plan of the EOI Barcelona-Drassanes

In line with these European objectives, our school's Erasmus Plan responds to specific needs detected at the center and is structured around the following axes:

Improving pedagogical quality
Optimize asynchronous and non-face-to-face activities so that they are competency-based, coherent with classroom work and promote the autonomy of adult students.

  • Professional development and cohesion of teaching staff and PAS

Strengthen the cohesion of teaching staff and PAS through the exchange of reception strategies, collaborative work, organization and workplace well-being with other European institutions.

  • Improving the center's communication and projection

Strengthen institutional communication and the dissemination of training offerings with strategies specific to a public body.

  • European cooperation and exchange of experiences

Promote collaboration with European educational institutions to share good practices and develop joint projects.

Impact and return to the center

Erasmus+ mobilities have a direct impact on teaching staff , administrative and service staff and adult students . The learning acquired is transferred to the school, integrated into teaching practice, the management and organisation of the school and the students' learning process, and shared with the educational community through dissemination and continuous evaluation actions.

Erasmus+: an opportunity for the entire educational community

Erasmus+ is not only an opportunity for teachers , but also for adult students and administrative and service staff . The program offers learning, training and international exchange experiences that contribute to the personal and professional growth of all those who are part of the center.

Participating in Erasmus+ means committing to an open school in Europe , committed to lifelong learning, inclusion, educational innovation and quality, in which the entire educational community is the protagonist .
